Thanks for ‘liking’ one of my poems last week.
I like your couple of poems here. You seem to have quite a forceful voice in your words, and they come across very clearly.
I knew a man once whose pick up line was ‘come here and tell me some lies about yourself.’
The first lie was mine… Wow! It made me think of him, made me think I should call him and tell him some lies. No, we were never lovers like that… It’s just how things are so interwoven and even though I know this, I am endlessly surprised.
Spin your thoughts into a gossamer web and cast it high and it will collect mangoes, opinions, and love.
I like how my mind is twirled round into time and fruit…and at some point i was almost lost.
